Chicken Links Salad Roll
Serving size: 430 minutes
These bite-sized rainbow wheels of color are perfect snacks or bento box additions. Packed with julienned veggies alongside Jones Dairy Farm Chicken Links, they’re healthy, flavorful and convenient.
- Jones Dairy Farm Chicken Links 8本
- A 1 tbsp. Ketchup
- A 1 tbsp. Worcester Sauce
- ½ tbsp. Honey
- 4 Heads Frilled Lettuce
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Avocado
- ½ Purple Onion
- ½ Carrot
- 4 Slice Cheese
- ¼ Sliced Purple Cabbage
- Pinch of Salt
- B 2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
- B 1 tbsp. Mustard
- 4 Tortillas
- *Purple onions and purple cabbage can be changed to regular onions and cabbage.
Spicy stir-fried potatoes and broccoli
- 2 Yukon Gold Potatoes
- ½ Head Broccoli
- C 2 Pieces Dry-Aged Bacon
- C 1 tsp. Curry Powder
- C ½ tsp. Chili Powder
- C Garlic Powder to taste
- C Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1Cut the purple onions into thin slices, soak them in water, then dry them. Julienne the carrots and cut the tomato and avocado into thin slices
- 2Julienne the red cabbage and salt them to soften it. Then mix it well with mustard and mayonnaise
- 3Fry the chicken links until browned, then massage in the ketchup, worcester sauce, and honey
- 4For the roll, line the tortilla with lettuce and cheese. Then, add the vegetables and chicken links. Tightly roll then cut in half
- 5Wrap the potatoes in plastic wrap and heat in microwave for five minutes on 600W
- 6Cut the broccoli into small pieces and put it into a heat-resistant container
- 7Sprinkle water into the container and heat in microwave for one minute on 600W
- 8Cut the bacon into small places and fry until cooked. Then, mix in curry powder, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt and pepper.
