These sweet and savory Cheese Bites combine crispy No-Sugar Bacon, crunchy nuts, and dried fruit for the perfect party treat. Creamy, bite-sized, and easy to make ahead, they pair beautifully with crackers and instantly elevate any holiday spread.

Bacon, Nut & Dried Fruit Cheese Bites
Serves: 820-25 minutes
- Jones Dairy Farm No Sugar Bacon slices
- Cream cheese 200g
- Roasted nuts 40g
- Dried fruit of choice 50g
- Crackers 8
- 1Place cream cheese in the fridge to firm up if too soft.
- 2Divide the cream cheese into eight 25g portions and roll into balls. Chill in the refrigerator.
- 3Cut the no-sugar bacon into 5mm cubes. Cook in a frying pan until crispy, then transfer to paper towels to drain excess fat.
- 4Finely chop the nuts and dried fruit.
- 5In a shallow tray, combine the crispy bacon, nuts, and dried fruit.
- 6Roll each cream cheese ball in the mixture. If it doesn’t stick well, gently press with your hands to form a compact ball.
- 7Serve each cheese ball with a cracker.
