- 100g Dark chocolate
- White chocolate, optional
- 1Cook the bacon: Arrange the dry-aged bacon slices in a single layer in an air fryer basket. Cook at 200°C (392°F) for 12–15 minutes until crispy.
- 2Remove excess grease: Take out the bacon and pat off the excess grease with a paper towel.
- 3Coat with chocolate: Melt the dark chocolate using a microwave or double boiler, then coat the bacon with the melted chocolate.
- 4Optional: Drizzle with melted white chocolate for decoration.
