Breakfast Pork Patty Mummy Pie
Servings: 6 30 minutes
- 6 Jones Dairy Farm Breakfast Pork Patties
- 1 sheet frozen pie dough (17×17 cm)
For eyes:
- 1 black icing pen
- 1 white icing pen/li>
- 1Preparation: Warm the icing pens in a water bath and draw the eyes on a sheet of parchment paper, then let them cool and harden.
- 2Partially thaw the frozen pie dough and roll it out to about 1.5 times its original size.
- 3Cut the rolled-out dough into 1 cm wide strips.
- 4Wrap two strips of the dough around each frozen pork patty. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 5Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (400°F) for about 15 minutes.
- 6Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
