Low-Carb Pork Patty Lettuce Burger

Low-Carb Pork Patty Lettuce Burger
Serves 1 Time20 minutes

For Omelet:

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • Salt, Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Butter

Sauce:

  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1Mix the ingredients for the sauce together.
  • 2Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the frozen pork patties on both sides until browned. Once cooked, place cheddar cheese on top of the pork patties.
  • 3In the same pan, cook the onion on both sides until browned. Remove from the pan.
  • 4In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Melt butter in a frying pan and pour in the egg mixture to make a round omelet.
  • 5Fold the lettuce to about 12 cm in diameter.
  • 6Line a small bowl or container with plastic wrap. Layer lettuce, onion, sauce, pork patty, tomato, omelet, sauce, and lettuce in that order.
  • 7Wrap tightly with the plastic wrap. For added stability, wrap with wax paper to prevent it from falling apart when eating.
