No-Sugar Bacon and Bean Omelette

No-Sugar Bacon and Bean Omelette
Makes 230 minutes

Egg Mixture:

  • 4 eggs (A)
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream (A)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste) (A)
  • 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese (A)
  • 1Mix all the (A) ingredients to make the egg mixture.
  • 2Cut the no-sugar bacon into 1cm wide pieces. Cut the Camembert cheese into approximately 2cm cubes. Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  • 3Divide the bacon, cheese, and tomatoes between two molds, then pour the egg mixture over them.
  • 4Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 20 minutes. Garnish with finely chopped parsley before serving.
