A decadent Million Dollar Bacon treat coated in brown sugar, chili, and black pepper, baked to perfection, and glazed with maple syrup for the ultimate sweet-and-spicy crunch.

Million Dollar Bacon

- 7 slices Jones Dairy Farm Dry-Aged Bacon
- 60g Maple syrup
- 60g Brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Chili flakes
- 1In a bowl, combine brown sugar, chili powder, black pepper, and chili flakes.
- 2 Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil (to prevent sticking) and place a wire rack on top. Arrange bacon slices on the rack.
- 3Coat both sides of the bacon with the seasoning mixture.
- 4Bake in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C) for about 30 minutes.
- 5Remove from oven, brush with maple syrup, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- 6Cool until crisp. Add an extra drizzle of maple syrup before serving for maximum indulgence!
