  • 7 slices Jones Dairy Farm Dry-Aged Bacon
  • 60g Maple syrup
  • 60g Brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes
  • 1In a bowl, combine brown sugar, chili powder, black pepper, and chili flakes.
  • 2 Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil (to prevent sticking) and place a wire rack on top. Arrange bacon slices on the rack.
  • 3Coat both sides of the bacon with the seasoning mixture.
  • 4Bake in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C) for about 30 minutes.
  • 5Remove from oven, brush with maple syrup, and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
  • 6Cool until crisp. Add an extra drizzle of maple syrup before serving for maximum indulgence!
