  • 1 package (510 g) Jones Dairy Farm No Antibiotics Ever Pork Meatballs
  • ¼ cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • ⅓ cup gluten-free soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup water
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (1-inch piece), finely chopped or grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped or grated
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced (for garnish)
  • Optional: roasted broccoli, rice, or cauliflower rice for serving
  • 1Preheat oven to 220°C
  • 2In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, water, apple cider vinegar, ginger, and garlic
  • 3Bring to a boil, then lower heat to maintain a simmer
  • 4Cook, stirring often, until the sauce reduces to a thick glaze (about 15–20 minutes)
  • 5Meanwhile, cook No Antibiotics Ever Pork Meatballs over medium heat until heated through (about 10 minutes)
  • 6Pour half of the glaze into the skillet with the meatballs and stir to coat
  • 7Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 5–7 minutes, stirring once
  • 8Serve immediately over rice or vegetables
  • 9Garnish with green onion and drizzle remaining glaze on top
