Ginger Soy Glazed Meatballs

- 1 package (510 g) Jones Dairy Farm No Antibiotics Ever Pork Meatballs
- ¼ cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- ⅓ cup gluten-free soy sauce
- ⅓ cup water
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon ginger (1-inch piece), finely chopped or grated
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped or grated
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced (for garnish)
- Optional: roasted broccoli, rice, or cauliflower rice for serving
- 1Preheat oven to 220°C
- 2In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, water, apple cider vinegar, ginger, and garlic
- 3Bring to a boil, then lower heat to maintain a simmer
- 4Cook, stirring often, until the sauce reduces to a thick glaze (about 15–20 minutes)
- 5Meanwhile, cook No Antibiotics Ever Pork Meatballs over medium heat until heated through (about 10 minutes)
