These Halloween Monster Burgers are a fun and savory addition to any spooky celebration. Perfect for Halloween parties, they’re easy to make and loaded with flavor. Kids and adults alike will think these burgers are a hit.

Halloween Monster Burgers

Halloween Monster Burgers
Serves: 420 minutes

  • 4 Jones Dairy Farm Breakfast Pork Patties
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 8 teaspoons ketchup
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 1 baby romaine lettuce
  • 4 slices of cheese (gouda and cheddar work well)
  • 4 dill pickle, sliced lengthwise into 8 slices
  • 1Place Jones Dairy Farm Breakfast Pork Patties in a preheated pan over medium heat until heated through (8-9 minutes if frozen, 4-5 minutes if thawed). Turn occasionally for even heating.
  • 2In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and ketchup to create the sauce.
  • 3Take the bottom half of each bun and spread about 1 tablespoon of the mayo sauce on it. Add a couple of lettuce leaves and place the cooked burger patty on top.
  • 4Place a slice of dill pickle and a slice of cheese, cutting out small triangles from the cheese to resemble “monster teeth.” Drizzle about 1 tablespoon of ketchup over the top to mimic “blood,” and cover with the top half of the bun.
  • 5Roll up two slices of dill pickle per bun (you can also use olives) for the “eye” and skewer them on to two toothpicks. Stick them into the top of the buns for the monster’s eyes.
