Goat Cheese and No Sugar Bacon Breakfast Flatbread

- 1 package of croissant dough / or puff pastry
- 4 teaspoons of Jones Dairy Farm No Sugar Bacon, cooked crispy and diced
- 4 teaspoons of ham
- 4 tablespoons of crumbled goat cheese
- 1 small handful of basil leaves
- 4 large eggs
- 1Preheat oven to 200C and line the baking pan with parchment paper.
- 2Separate and unroll the croissant dough, keeping 2 together to form a rectangle. Seal by pinching the sides together. Roll up the sides to create a square. Place prepared squares onto the baking sheet.
- 3To each square add 1 tablespoon of bacon, 1 teaspoon of ham, 1 tablespoon of goat cheese and a few fresh basil leaves. Crack one egg into each square.
- 4Bake for 12 minutes or until the eggs are set and the dough is lightly browned.
