Canadian Bacon Pate

- 100g Jones Dairy Farm Canadian Bacon
- 30g butter (brought to room temperature)
- 40g cream cheese
- 50ml heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
- Pink pepper (to taste)
- Bread or crackers (optional)
- 1Prepare by bringing the butter to room temperature.
- 2Place the Canadian bacon in a food processor and blend until it becomes a paste.
- 3Add the butter, cream cheese, heavy cream, and grated garlic to the food processor. Blend until smooth.
- 4Transfer the mixture to a container, sprinkle with pink pepper, and chill in the refrigerator until firm.
- 5Serve with bread or crackers if desired.
