Pork Patty Arrabbiata
Serving: 215 minutes
- 3 Jones Dairy Farm Breakfast Pork Patties
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- 100ml water
- A. 1 teaspoon grated garlic
- A. 1 tablespoon white wine
- A. 1 teaspoon sugar
- A. 1 teaspoon granulated consommé
- A. a pinch of salt
- A. 1-2 dried red chili pepper
- A. 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 Breakfast Pork Patties
- 100g Macaroni
- 70g shredded cheese
- Coarsely ground black pepper to taste
- Italian parsley to taste
- Parmesan cheese to taste
- 1Preparation: Take the pork patties out of the freezer.
- 2In a large heatproof container, add a can of whole tomatoes, water, and crush up the tomatoes. Add ingredients in (A), mix well, and then add macaroni.
- 3Cover lightly with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 10 minutes. Stir once halfway through.
- 4Mix everything together and add the shredded cheese.
- 5Cut the pork patties into 1cm-wide strips using scissors and place them on top. Microwave for an additional 2 minutes.
- 6Finish with Italian parsley, Parmesan cheese, and coarsely ground black pepper.
