Recipes Pork Patty Sushi Roll 2 Ways
2 types of sushi rolls featuring Jones Dairy Farm All-Natural Pork Patties. Since these sushi rolls do not contain raw fish, it keeps longer and is great for packed lunches, a snack, or for parties. These rolls are full of flavor and easy to make!

Pork Patty Sushi Roll 2 Ways
Two for each
Korean Kimbap-Style
- 2 Jones Dairy Farm Breakfast Pork Patties
- 2 sheets of seaweed sheets (for sushi)
- 500g of cooked rice
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon of toasted white sesame seeds
- 1/3 carrot
- 1 teaspoon of chicken soup stock powder
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 50g of komatsuna (or spinach)
- 1 teaspoon of chicken soup stock powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of mirin
- 30g of pickled daikon radish
- 50g of kimchi
- A. 1 teaspoon of gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- A. 1 teaspoon of yakiniku sauce (Japanese BBQ sauce)
Salad Roll
- 2 Jones Dairy Farm Breakfast Pork Patties
- 2 sheets of seaweed sheets (for sushi)
- 500g of sushi rice
- 4 frill lettuce leaves
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 paprika
- 40g of processed cheese
- 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Korean Kimbap-Style Instructions:
- 1In a bowl, mix cooked rice with sesame oil, a pinch of salt, and toasted white sesame seeds.
- 2Place kitchen paper on a microwave-safe dish and heat frozen pork patties for about 2 minutes in the microwave. To prevent uneven heating, flip them once during heating. Cut into thin strips and mix with (A).
- 3Julienne the carrot, wrap it in plastic wrap, and heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Drain the excess moisture, then mix with sesame oil and chicken soup stock powder.
- 4Cut komatsuna (or spinach) into thirds, wrap in plastic wrap, and heat for 1 minute. Soak in water, squeeze out excess moisture, and mix with sesame oil and chicken soup stock powder.
- 5Mix eggs with sugar and mirin, and make tamagoyaki (rolled omelette.) Once cool, cut into thin strips.
- 6Place a sheet of roasted seaweed on a sushi rolling mat. Leave about 4 cm of seaweed without rice at the far end. Spread rice evenly and place filling horizontally across the center.
- 7Roll while pressing the ingredients with your hands, combining the front and back portions of rice.
- 8Lightly brush sesame oil on the top part and sprinkle with toasted white sesame seeds.
Salad Roll Instructions:
- 1Place kitchen paper on a microwave-safe dish and heat frozen pork patties for about 2 minutes in the microwave. To prevent uneven heating, flip once during heating. Cut into thin strips.
- 2Finely chop avocado, paprika, and processed cheese.
- 3Place a sheet of roasted seaweed on a sushi rolling mat. Leave about 4 cm of seaweed without rice at the far end. Spread sushi rice evenly and place lettuce, and drizzle with mayonnaise.
- 4Add the remaining ingredients on top.
- 5Roll while pressing the ingredients with your hands, combining the front and back portions of rice.
