Inspired by his mother’s all-natural, homemade breakfast sausage recipe, Milo Jones started the business in 1889.

Today, Jones Dairy Farm is a 6th generation family-owned company located in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. Our president, Philip Jones, is guided by the same simple philosophy that guided his ancestors: To deliver natural, authentic, high-quality products that you and your family can feel good about. Philip is also a classically trained chef who studied at LaVarenne Cooking School in Paris, France, and he is committed to providing educational opportunities for culinary students.

Lisa Caras, Philip’s daughter, is currently carrying forth the company’s best practices as a 7th generation Jones family member and marketing manager for the company.

Clean labels aren’t just a fad at Jones Dairy Farm. From the beginning, we’ve committed to using only the highest quality ingredients and refused to add artificial flavors or MSG to our products. They are free of all of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Big 8 food allergens — peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, soy, fish and shellfish — giving you added peace of mind when serving family and friends.

All Jones Dairy Farm products available in Japan, including our breakfast sausage, bacon and ham, are also certified by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO), a top U.S. program which verifies the quality, integrity and purity of gluten-free products. Food safety, cutting-edge production methods and animal welfare are cornerstones of our mission at Jones Dairy Farm.

Jones Dairy Farm’s products are made with 100% American pork and poultry sourced from facilities inspected by the USDA. These facilities pass regular third party audits to ensure that they are following food safety and manufacturing standards set by The Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI).

Although we do not own or operate animal farms, Jones partners with high-quality suppliers whose practices comply with nationally recognized animal welfare standards. Regular audits and ongoing plant inspections ensure the quality and integrity of the raw materials we choose to use.

Furthermore, our Chicken Links, now available at all Costcos in Japan, are made with chickens raised with no antibiotics ever.
