Grilled Cheese BLT

Grilled Cheese BLT
Servings: 430 minutes

  • 8 slices ones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Bacon
  • 8 slices bread
  • 8 slices Cheese (Pepperjack is recommended!)
  • 8 slices Thinly sliced, cooked turkey or chicken meat
  • 1 sliced Tomato
  • 4 leaves Green lettuce
  • Butter

Sauce

  • 1/2 Cup Mayo for the sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Sriracha for the sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire for the sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Honey for the sauce
  • 1Cook bacon according to the Jones Dairy Farm package instructions.
  • 2While the bacon cooks, whisk sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
  • 3Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
  • 4Lay out slices of bread. Divide sauce and cheese evenly between slices. Top 4 slices of bread with bacon, turkey or chicken and tomato. Place the other 4 slices on top, sauce side down. Butter the outsides of the bread and grill on the skillet until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted.
  • 5Remove from heat and add lettuce.
