  • 100g Jones Dairy Farm Canadian Bacon
  • 30g butter (brought to room temperature)
  • 40g cream cheese
  • 50ml heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
  • Pink pepper (to taste)
  • Bread or crackers (optional)
  • 1Prepare by bringing the butter to room temperature.
  • 2Place the Canadian bacon in a food processor and blend until it becomes a paste.
  • 3Add the butter, cream cheese, heavy cream, and grated garlic to the food processor. Blend until smooth.
  • 4Transfer the mixture to a container, sprinkle with pink pepper, and chill in the refrigerator until firm.
  • 5Serve with bread or crackers if desired.
