Dry-Aged Bacon
Unlike any bacon you’ve had before, our dry-aged cherrywood bacon is crafted from center-cut, premium pork bellies. To achieve its rich award-winning flavor, this product is smoked over real cherrywood chips for up to 12 hours, then dry-aged in a thoughtful process that can take up to a month. Enjoy the taste of true, American bacon.
Preparation Instructions
Pan Fry smoked bacon over medium heat, turning frequently for 3 to 6 minutes. Oven Place smoked bacon slices in a flat baking pan and bake without turning for 10 to 15 minutes at 180°C. Drain on a paper towel. Air Fryer Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C). Air fry for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through the cook cycle.

Canadian Bacon
Our uncured cherrywood-smoked Canadian bacon is free of artificial preservatives, artificial seasonings and fillers. Made with hand-trimmed center-cut pork loin, each slice is packed with protein and makes for an excellent snack or sandwich companion.

Breakfast Pork Patties
Our signature breakfast sausage patties are made using the same, wholesome ingredients that Milo Jones used over 130 years ago. Gluten-free and flavored with our original spice blend, these patties are pre-cooked and perfect for building an authentic American breakfast sandwich right at home.
Preparation Instructions
Pan Place sausage patties in a preheated pan over medium heat until heated through (8-9 minutes if frozen, 4-5 minutes if thawed). Turn occasionally for even heating. Microwave Heat sausage patties on medium, using a microwave-safe plate lined with white paper towel. 1 minute if frozen, 30-40 seconds if thawed. Air Fryer Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C). Place slices in air fryer and cook 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through the cook cycle.

Pork Meatballs
These meatballs are fully cooked, so all you have to do is reheat them. Choose the method that fits your preferences:
Pan Fry
Heat meatballs in a covered skillet with about 30 ml of water, turning occasionally. About 9.5 minutes from frozen, or 5.5 minutes from thawed.
Air Fryer
Place frozen meatballs in an air fryer that has been preheated to 175°C and cook for 10 minutes or 5 minutes if already thawed.
Microwave
Heat meatballs at 50% power on a microwave-safe plate, covered with paper towel, for 1 minute 45 seconds from frozen, or 45 seconds from thawed.
